If you don’t love it, you have 14 days since the day you received it for a refund (by January 15 if it’s a Christmas gift). Item must be in “as new” condition and in original packaging. We do not accept returns on sale items. We do not process refunds on shipping charges.

Returns can be mailed to us or returned in store. In-store returns are free, mailed in returns mut be paid for by customer. Please declare “Canadian Goods Return” on the package.

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

• We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
