Welcome the new equivalent brothers of our famous 215, the 2M15 and 2M15C:
Not only do they convince with their fabric, a 230g/qm (6,8oz) sturdy jersey, which is authentically made in Germany on a unique original Mid-Century jersey machine from the 1960s, but also the design of the new 2M15 and the cropped version 2M15C are inspired by the exceptional Mid-Century Era. Both styles are created to reimagine the traditional and pair well with both vintage and modern design elements. In comparison to the 215, with its authentic straight fit due to the seamless tubular loopwheeling process, the 2M15 and 2M15C are provided with side seams to define a more organic shape that adapts better to modern bodies. These new styles of the 'made in Germany' line are reliable, timeless, and undeniably real originals.
This is a good alternative to our 215 T-Shirt featured in The Bear, this classic-fit crew-neck T-Shirt is made in Germany with a 1960s-era circular knitting machine, using 100% organic cotton. Side seams, under-arm inserts, and baseball stitching round out the look and feel of this essential wardrobe staple.
Like all of T-shirts, this garment is designed for timeless style and lasting comfort.

About
Merz
Merz b. Schwanen is a Berlin-based clothing brand rooted in heritage, quality, and sustainability. With origins dating back to 1911, the brand was revived by designers Gitta and Peter Plotnicki, who discovered century-old loopwheel machines in Albstadt, Germany—remnants of the region's once-thriving textile industry. Known for blending timeless craftsmanship with modern sensibilities, Merz b. Schwanen’s collections emphasize simplicity, organic materials, and ethical production. Partnering with family-run manufacturers in Germany and Portugal, the brand remains committed to honoring the past while shaping a conscious future.
